Online preferred method for communication by Vietnamese youth

A recent TNS research study on Vietnamese youths revealed that they would rather communicate with their friends via online platforms (like chat and messenger) than in real life. 

The study also shows that Facebook continues to dominate as the social media channel of choice for this audience, with over 30m subscribers to the platform so far (out of a total internet population of 40m). A summary of results is below:
